Lab tech had a slight attitude. She found it appalling because I asked for a paper towel to open the bathroom door. Also no toilet paper to wipe. I went in for a drug testing for work. Also the receipt for the test wording was all backwards and she didn’t even try to correct it. She made negative comments about me to the other patient while I was in the bathroom.
Even though the lady was very nice that took my blood, my appointment was at 7am and no was was there until 7:30.

I had a wonderful experience and it was all because of Danielle Taylor, the phlebotomist who drew my blood. She was AMAZING! One of the best that I've ever had. She called me back at my scheduled appointment time and made me feel comfortable and at ease (she could tell that I was nervous). She was able to find a vein right away which is usually a challenge because my veins are so small. Nurse was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I watched her interact with 7 patients prior to calling my name. She looked me up and down and judged me based on what? I didn't look any different than anyone else. From the moment she called my name to the moment I left she was unpleasant. The blood draw was a good experience but her attitude was uncalled for.
