The lady was on TikTok while attempting to do lab work
I had a wonderful experience and it was all because of Danielle Taylor, the phlebotomist who drew my blood. She was AMAZING! One of the best that I've ever had. She called me back at my scheduled appointment time and made me feel comfortable and at ease (she could tell that I was nervous). She was able to find a vein right away which is usually a challenge because my veins are so small. Nurse was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I watched her interact with 7 patients prior to calling my name. She looked me up and down and judged me based on what? I didn't look any different than anyone else. From the moment she called my name to the moment I left she was unpleasant. The blood draw was a good experience but her attitude was uncalled for.
my children had a scheduled appointment at 9:30 AM. Upon arrival, I checked both of my children in using the system. However, while waiting, I noticed that several individuals who arrived after us were called in before we were. When I inquired, a staff member identified as Kim stated that those individuals were being seen first because they had appointments. I checked in and waited for an hour. No one came to help and the door says to not knock. There were 6 other people waiting and eventually decided to leave. This is not acceptable?
