Don’t go to this Labcorp! Young black woman tech is racist against my white/latino husband! We got there first & she decided to take another black man customer before us! Then she said she stops doing bloodwork 30mins before closing! She took my blood test (I’m Indian) but refused to take my husbands! Mind u my husband works two jobs so trying to schedule another Labcorp appointment is very difficult for him! The disgrace of this technician is beyond me how employees get away with all the shit they do!
Do yourself a favor and don’t use this facility!!!! The tech decided on her own, apparently, that no walk ins will be accepted. This is against company policy and in contradiction to the signs, both in Walgreens and the website! She was downright nasty and treated the patients as if we were bothering her. However, lab corp doesn’t care at all.
Just went in at 2:30 when they close at 4 pm. The girl in the office refused to do my lab work that would’ve taken 3 minutes to do because she is “short staffed” and they don’t accept walk ins. That’s a lie because it’s on the site walk ins accepted. Every time I go in here there’s 1 person and they are ALWAYS rude. No shock.
Absolute incompetence is the only way I can describe it. I came to drop off a specimen as I've done multiple times in the past with my doctor's order in hand. I was then sent away because I was told there was no information on the doctor's order that said specifically which test to perform. Yet it is literally highlighted in yellow highlighter as which two tests to perform and she claimed the DR orders I have her did not state the tow of test to perform .It's bad enough going to these locations that have technicians with ver... read more
Had a fasting appointment on 5/20/26 at 10:00 am. Arrived and checked in 5 - 8 minutes early. Waiting room was empty and there were no patients in the back. Waited until 10:15 - 10:20 and then knocked on the door. Eventually someone answered. Checked to make sure they received my automated barcode check in. No confirmation. Told me smartly they were busy with other things. I got annoyed and told them my appointment was 10:00. Wise crack answer that there is a 15 min grace period they are allowed.
