Just went in at 2:30 when they close at 4 pm. The girl in the office refused to do my lab work that would’ve taken 3 minutes to do because she is “short staffed” and they don’t accept walk ins. That’s a lie because it’s on the site walk ins accepted. Every time I go in here there’s 1 person and they are ALWAYS rude. No shock.

Absolute incompetence is the only way I can describe it. I came to drop off a specimen as I've done multiple times in the past with my doctor's order in hand. I was then sent away because I was told there was no information on the doctor's order that said specifically which test to perform. Yet it is literally highlighted in yellow highlighter as which two tests to perform and she claimed the DR orders I have her did not state the tow of test to perform .It's bad enough going to these locations that have technicians with ver... read more

Had a fasting appointment on 5/20/26 at 10:00 am. Arrived and checked in 5 - 8 minutes early. Waiting room was empty and there were no patients in the back. Waited until 10:15 - 10:20 and then knocked on the door. Eventually someone answered. Checked to make sure they received my automated barcode check in. No confirmation. Told me smartly they were busy with other things. I got annoyed and told them my appointment was 10:00. Wise crack answer that there is a 15 min grace period they are allowed. DO NOT GO HERE!. The only reason I’m posting a review is due to the fact that I don’t want anybody else’s family or them themselves to even go to this LabCorp for their own sake of aggravation. My mother who is severely sick, has gone here four times in the last couple of weeks for testing; Unfortunately, this is the closest LabCorp to my mother since she cannot really be too far from home. I asked do you do that specific test my doctor ordered and this was what I heard: we do all the blood related tests… After waiting for over an hour, the technician said they dont have tube to do this test!!!!!
