Lab corp Bensalem the best. The technician Jennifer is one of best I have had draw my blood in 30 years. She has outstanding trouble shooting abilities. I am a very difficult patient not able to have blood drawn by most technicians anywhere. I only will come to this location which is out of my way. Thanks so much for your excellent service. I visited LabCorp for a TB test and I had a very pleasant experience with Jen. Jen was very gentle and helpful from start to finish. I really appreciate the quality of customer service she provided. If I could give 10 stars I would!
Jennifer in the lab is the best
Went to drop off a quick urine sample but when I arrived, the lab was closed. It was 2:50pm when I went to sign in. The lab says it’s open until 3:30pm. I knocked on the door and the lady came out and said “we close at 3” and closed the door in my face. First of all, if you close at 3pm, I still had 10 minutes to spare. My test would’ve taken 1 minute! I do it monthly at a different location and have never had this happen. Employees are very nice and pleasant here. Opened the door to ask me if i have any questions even though they are overworked here. But do go to a different location. The wait time is too long here because it's a smaller LabCorp. Could be better if you have an appointment. I did a walk-in and I kept getting bumped down the list by those who have appointments and able to secure a time without waiting
