I always make an appointment and am taken on time. Courteous staff and quick blook draws. If you just walk in you may have to wait, as appointments have priority.
Horrible horrible service especially from the man in the lab that day I told him not to go into a specific vein and he went into it anyway and then he's like oh I didn't get any blood I said because I told you not to go inside and don't you listen to your patience he said let me do my job and I said your job is to listen to your patience and you just went into a place in my body that I told you not to so then they proceeded to say let me do my job he said oh my goodness can somebody take over he went back and he said to the ... read more
I don’t know what the Spanish woman’s name was that did my routine bloodwork today but she was incredibly rude! She barely said a word and she had absolutely no personality. Tried to make conversation, she said two words “hold this.” From now on I will take the drive elsewhere.
Tech seemed rushed and used low gauge/thick needle, which even as a med professional I have not seen to be used routinely for lab work - this was worsened by the fact that she was careless in her technique and dug for my vein, despite the fact that I’m not a difficult stick. End result was severe bruising along my entire forearm with muscle pain and tenderness that has persisted for at least 4 days now. Lab corp Bensalem the best. The technician Jennifer is one of best I have had draw my blood in 30 years. She has outstanding trouble shooting abilities. I am a very difficult patient not able to have blood drawn by most technicians anywhere. I only will come to this location which is out of my way. Thanks so much for your excellent service.
