Note that they can be randomly closed and don’t pick up when you call so you just need to show up and hope for the best I guess. That being said they are quick and efficient even when you don’t have an appointment. Heads up that you need to check in on an iPad outside the office so leave a few minutes before closing time to do that else they won’t let you check in and won’t be able to see you that day.
First time walk-in this lab, . Arrived at 8 minutes to noon, they close for lunch at noon. Filled out the information at the kiosk. In the lab chair at 5 minutes to noon. Clearly, Cecelia,my phlebotomist was going to have to work overtime because the lab order had to be emailed. That took a minute or two. Very quick and easy. I came in 15 minutes early before my appointment, checked in on the kiosk, waited 5 minutes, got called in, then they asked for a few pieces of information, I took the test and that was it. Staff was very professional. The only reason I took a star off is because my appointment was scheduled yesterday on a Monday and was informed via email the day of that they were closed which was very inconvenient. Super fast! Very nice and a great experience over all.
RUDE STAFF!! Went in for a simple screening and left in tears. The person who was helping me gave me very confusing and unclear instructions and then proceeded to yell at me through the bathroom door. Do not go here or in fact, ANY Labcorp location.
