Quick and easy. Lab tech was great.
I recently went in for a blood draw at the Amherst location (on a Friday morning) and the nurse was amazing. I didn't even feel the needle stick, which has never happened to me before. Really appreciate the efficient process as well.
I arrived close to 7:30 a.m. My first time at this lab. Check in was easy. Was called back within 3 minutes of sitting down. The young lady taking my blood was friendly, efficient and got the vein in one poke. She was great! Any other lab I always got stabbed 2-3 times until I demanded an RN. 5 stars from me!
This location is supposed to be open at 7am. I checked in before 8:30am and wasn’t called back until almost 9–I have never waited this long for labs here before. I tried calling and the phone was off the hook and going straight to voicemail. The lights were off until I stood outside the door loudly complaining and knocked on the door, when someone inside finally flicked on the lights and then the worker started taking patients.
