One person to check in and one oerson to draw blood is not nearly enough staff. And their demeanor reflects that.
Jaimie was Spectacular! My whole experience was wonderful! Easy check in… I didn’t wait long… VERY positive experience!!
Don’t waste your time going to one of these pharmacy Labcorps. I just waited over an hour , phlebotomist came out and was unnecessarily rude to what was a 80 year old man for no reason at all. I literally walked out. You shouldn’t be working with the public if you can’t be nice. I’ll be contacting the regional Manger and Labcorp also.
I witnessed brutally poor customer service here today. A little kindness goes a long way, even though I empathize that it must be stressful being the only person working. Physically unplugging the check-in kiosk at 11:19 when you don't break for lunch until 11:50, while a woman has been painstakingly standing there manually entering in her kids' insurance info and not even saying sorry to her.. a bit rough. The world is hard. It's easy to just be nice.
