They really waste your time and tell you that you cannot get your appointment since they close at 5pm when your appointment was 4:15pm. Why have a slot for 4:15pm if you are not going to serve that time? I do not have time to waste with driving 40 min out of my way with my special needs kids in the car only to be told this. When I got there, the first thing my technician said was that she was only wearing a mask because of "coffee breath" and there was no reason to even wear a mask anyway. I didn't want to be lectured about masks. The technician groaned in disgust when she touched the outside handle of the bathroom. She reached inside, felt the inside doorknob, and declared that that one was okay. When I got inside to take my drug test, there was dried urine on the floor. I would give no stars if I could. The lady didn't seem knowledgeable or wanting to do her job. I came in for a drug test but wasn't able to complete it. Don't come to this location .
Private Room very clean lab the technician knowable and friendly she was very good at drawing blood never even felt the poke no waiting in line in and out in 5 mins got tests results back the next day.
