I was told results would be ready within 48 hours. It was 4 days before I received an email with my results. It’s almost impossible, maybe it IS impossible to talk to a real person. The option on the phone for finding out the results from LabCorp said to call my doctor and then hung up. I Would NOT recommend going to this LabCore.
horrible experiences every time. whether you make an appointment or are a walk in, you have to wait 30 minutes to be seen. the last time I came they didn't even do the correct test so I had to come again. I would save your time and drive to jacksonville for labcorp.
Both women working were polite and pleasant. Both were smiling and talking to the patients. I went to the wrong location and was late for my appointment yet they still called my name and fit me in. I am not a fan of Labcorp in general but this experience was a positive one!
From here forward, I will always go to Jessica for all of by bloodwork! Im a difficult stick-with small, deep veins. I am diligent about preparing 24 hrs in advance-making sure I’m well hydrated. I also jog around the block just before I get there. I’ve been poked and prodded from the back of my neck down to my ankles, and still get sent home, until I met Jessica! She is amazing! She’s drawn my blood twice now, both successful on the very first stick!
Only giving 5 stars because of how wonderful Jessica was! I came in at 12:15 and was denied and told to come back at one? Jessica’s was able to help me she was quick and had a wonderful attitude!
