I get bloodwork done frequently and typically the same arm and vein is used each time. Typically it's a smooth, painless and easy process, however on three separate occasions the same tech seemed to have difficulty at the drawing site. She was heavy handed and winded up having to poke me twice(which hurt) and caused bruising as a result!
I need blood work done weekly. I was told no appointments were available just walk in and wait. Wait is 3 hour and 45 minute wait for a blood draw. Was told to make an appointment for noon and come back. I was told that morning no more appointments were available. They scheduled me an appointment for 12 and THEY CLOSE FOR LUNCH FROM 12-1. Told it will be another wait so they can catch up. Also do not recommend location for disabled patients. I go there as a walk in since there are no appointments online, the wait time is more than 30 minutes it’s okay. But gossiping about me and being there many times?!!! Wow besides, they have bad attitude especially sarah. I don’t know who hires these gossipers.
Sarita the phlebotomist did a great job. I didn’t feel anything when she poked my arm. Great costumer service!
