its obvious from other reviews how bad this place is. wait time is too long even with appointment and 1 or 2 people before you. staff isnt friendly. they never get your lab order. i had mine done and its 3 weeks they havent sent the results to dr. i got lab work done at seceral places and its mostly in and out with a little wait. this place is good with nothing.
Friendly staff also helps to make appointment but walk ins didn’t seem to have much wait
I made an appointment in advance through ISP, but when I arrived, I was asked to wait for over an hour without any explanation. After waiting that long, I was suddenly told to go to the Round Rock location, again with no clear reason or proper communication. The staff were extremely unprofessional and unfriendly — honestly, some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. They did not answer phone calls either, which made the situation even more confusing and stressful. I have never experienced anything like this before.... read more
2 staff here. Sitting in back laughing. Patients are waiting. One guy waiting > 90 minutes just to drop off specimens. I do NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO HERE. horrible service
