I had to complete a drug screen for a school internship, and the testing site used was Labcorp inside a Walgreens pharmacy. I was already uncomfortable with the idea of having this type of testing done in a retail/pharmacy setting, but the experience raised serious concerns about privacy and confidentiality. This place is a joke. No where to sit, no one to ask questions, only a keyosk to sign in to drop things off or register for labs. You CANNOT pick up ANYTHING. When signing in, you a required to agree to allow labcorp access to your personnal info so they can send you unsolicited advertisements for their company. If you have to drop off specimen samples, there is NO descrite way to do so. You have to carry them in open view of everyone present. Got there at 740 am. All seating was occupied & people also standing in line. Computer stated it would be an hour or more wait. My test had to done fasting. I left. Kim.
Horrible Service!..Went to this location this past Saturday for some lab work for my child and was highly disappointed with the experience!.Upon arrival,neither of the 2 kiosk to sign in were accessible!😡😡...So, I had to just "wait" 10 minutes for someone(employee) to come out to lobby waiting area; once the lady come out,I asked how to sign in due to unavailable kiosks; Her reply "I am new,only person available,have patients,and closing 30 minutes early due to paperwork,short staffed, and the courier coming to collect lab... read more
Got there and checked in for my prescheduled appointment and was in and out in no time. The young lady that drew my samples was super sweet and did a great job.
