The ability to make an appointment in advance, the quick use of a kiosk to check in upon arrival and the positive demeanor of the LabCorp staff made this bloodwork appointment smooth and simple. The phlebotomist was a professional and her blood draw skills assured it was painless!
The collector person lady at the sample screening asked what my name was a total of 6 times and kept asking if I'm sure that's what my name is after showing my ID multiple times. Didn't seem like a qualified person to be working at this job.
Literally the best blood draw techs ever! Painless and quick.
Absolutely terrible. I drive to new bern to avoid this place at all cost. I have to wait over an hour ever time ! Hate this place - need more places to test
Missed my vein twice. I started crying with my hand over my eyes and the phlebotomist told me do not open your eyes. I have an anxiety disorder and I am very squeamish. Took two vials of my blood. This happened a month ago and my results were never sent to my provider, I am an accutane patient. Left in tears. Have to go back because they couldn’t do their job. Did not feel comfortable and it was unprofessional.
