The two ladies that work here are extremely rude. I went here for a simple bloodwork and they claimed not to have the order after it was sent to them twice. They rolled their eyes and ignored me when I asked if they hadn't gotten the order. They then didnt tell me that they were canceling my appointment and left me sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes before completely just taking my name off the board.
Really unsure of all the bad reviews here??? I've never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is friendly and efficient. If you are fasting, book well in advance for an earlier slot. Anyone complaining about long waits if you were a walk-in should be quiet...do yourself a favor and download the app and help yourself out. Appointments should always be given priority over walk-ins.
They need to evaluate staffing that can accommodate patients. Waited almost an hour and left with no blood drawn. People fast for labs and then have ridiculous wait times.
They were very quick and efficient. Had blood work, I was in and out, no pain.
