Great service over the last three years.
Made an appt for 4:50, got a confirmation. I got there any 4:30. It was a crowd of people but I saw a sign to scan and check in. It said they would call your name when they were ready. I figured they were busy so I waited until 5 to ask and I see a LabCorp sign saying they close at 4pm! They need to fix their online scheduling to reflect the hours. Oan, an employee did walk past where i was sitting after I had checked in but I guess shore was on her way home. My advice? Avoid this place and find someplace reputable.
Took me back within 2 minutes of checking in. The blood draw was quick and easy
I waited for an hour before I had to leave to go to work. Very frustrating when you cannot make an appointment due to times not being available and you work at 8am. Unless you want to schedule over a week out. I wish VH and Anthem would get it together so Labcorp wasn't my only option for bloodwork.
Called Friday evening to see if someone would be there Friday or Saturday to do pediatric lab work. I was told they are all highly qualified and trained. Today, my child was stuck multiple times in both arms , and finally, when they couldn't get a vein, they decided to dig and fish around with the needle in her arm til they finally got it. Sticking her 7 times ( 3 in one arm and 4 in other) and fishing around in her was about 25 mins long.
