Very convenient
Very rude. Unprofessional. The staff doesn’t know how to talk with people.
I had an appointment in the morning for a fasting blood draw. I arrived early and checked in from my car. It said I would receive a text when it was time for me to go in. But after waiting a while with no text, I decided to go inside. About 30 minutes after my appointment time they called me back. The technician seemed nice, but he had earbuds in, and I could see him scrolling videos on his phone. He told me he could not find my lab order. It's Walgreens. No drug screenings after 3 even though they dont say that anywhere online or if you call in.
The staff is very polite and gentle, I was seen promptly on both times I had appointments here
