This place is disgusting and unorganized. Its basically located on a janitors closet in the back of Walgreens. Had to do a specimen sample. They gave me the tray and the vial, no bag or paperwork. I go back to return the sample and have to use the walk in option (they have no appointment for specimen dropoff). After waiting for 45 minutes I ask what to do with specimen drop off and they wave me back. They ask for paperwork (I wasnt given any. They cant take my sample. So slow also didn’t have one of the tubes for my ordered stool sample so I had to come back another day for it
Don’t ever prepay. Their system was down during my scheduled appointment and they could only help those who’d printed their lab orders. This was during a fasted appointment, so you can also imagine the hunger and frustration. Had to go home and print it out. Returned with the print out. I had to argue for them to take me right away, otherwise they wanted me to re-check in as a walk-in and wait behind 7 other individuals. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have been able to cancel and book at another location the next day.
Very little wait if you make an appointment instead of being a walk-in.
