Awful experience at this Labcorp, I was told that the test kit that was ordered for me from my doctor was not available, the kit is coming from the mail delivery, not sure when it is being delivered, who uses the postal service to order medical supplies, very rude and extremely unhelpful....
These people are a joke. Opens at 6am and these clowns don’t take anyone back until 6:30. Some employees still walking in at 10after. Some people have jobs to get to.
I had an excellent experience at Labcorp thanks to the wonderful phlebotomist who drew my blood. She was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down. She explained everything clearly, had a gentle touch, and the blood draw was quick and virtually painless. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. It’s not always easy to make a lab visit a positive experience, but she definitely did. Thank you for your outstanding care!
