If you close at 1:30 and I check in Before then, you need to see me. I was there during hours of operation. And then to be rude and talk to me like I don't have the ability to tell time. I don't know who is working here, but she should be fired
I have been going to this location for several years always a good experience, until today!. The woman was rude, rolled her eyes openly at me, showed no concern when I was lite headed after getting blood draw and asked to sit for a minute. She never asked if I was ok to drive. I ended up leaving and sitting in my car for a while. Sad when medical people have no compassion.
Went for bloodwork this morning. Woman who took me back was very rude. She told me my order was not in computer and was not faxed. I told her it had been both! She to me just didn't want to be bothered so off I went, wasting my morning there! My doctor's office did have proof that the orders were there both electronically and faxed. I will never go back!
