I had an outstanding experience at Labcorp today and wanted to recognize three exceptional team members: Jonathan, Juan, and Cassie, for their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to quality patient care. I walk in...there were about 10 names in the list...take 2 hrs t call me...inside 2 males do nothing on the cells..only one female work..call people in and do the job.... Its terrible service..hope management paid attention install camaras to check and protect the company...labcorp is a good company just unsupervised employees do wrong

Terrible experience. Was just looking to pick up a test kit. No humans to talk to. Waited over 20 minutes after check in, because I didn't have an appointment, I kept getting pushed back.......again, I was ONLY trying to pick up a test kit!
