Very friendly and understanding staff. I am a regular customer and they always take good care of me. Casey is always so patient and caring.
There is no point of making an appointment, walk-ins are prioritized even if you arrived before them. The phlebotomist who performed the blood draw was excellent, professional, skilled, and courteous. My concern is with a particular staff member who handled my questions and concerns in an unprofessional manner. The eye rolling and dismissive attitude were inappropriate and left a negative impression. This place I don’t like
Having an appointment doesn't really matter check in on the kiosk and you'll be put in line somebody checked in before me I was waiting my turn at the kiosk with an appointment person ahead was a walk in and got called in before me and now waiting beyond my appointed time fasting and diabetic not a very good way to treat those who took the time to make an appointment and show up early to check in
Who ever the tall one is with long black hair and lashes is rude accused me of stealing needles because she left her drawer open. Mind you the blood work is for my speacil needs child, it took so much just to get to that appointment.
