Arrived and signed in at 11:45 (Apparently they are closed from noon to 1:00) A few minutes later, she came to the door informed us that she was unable to do the lab draw, because she had somewhere, she had to be at noon. Said 11:55 was the cutoff. Which we made. The time spent telling us she couldn't do it and why she couldn't do it, it could have been done. Unfortunately, in the OBX the choices are limited.
Arrived as a walk-in over an hour and 15 minutes ago with a doctor's order for labs to be done while fasting I'm Type 1 diabetic and my sugar is dropping the walk-ins before we were taken and the previous appointments were taken now three appointments have walked in after me and they're all getting called even though I've been here pushing an hour and a half again I have to be fasting and type 1 diabetic my sugar has to be blowed 200 but I'm going below 100 and it's dropping quickly I will be filing a complaint because I'm n... read more
Friendly staff but not punctual with regard to time for appointments.
The hours listed are not accurate on Google. I drove an hour to get here after calling several times and they never answered their phone, but it said that an appointment isn't necessary. I arrive only to find out that I'm 10 minutes past the different timing for pre-employment drug screenings and have to make an appointment for 2 days later without ever being able to just talk to a person and pee in a cup. Very disappointed with their customer service.
