I was in a crunch of time and really needed to do my test asap. I walked in and out in 20 min. Sharelle (I hope I got the spelling right) provided outstanding customer service. I watched her and her coworker being so fast and efficient with smiles on their faces. I was very impressed. I work in healthcare myself and Im not easily impressed! Great job girls!
Terrible experience. Your appointment/checking is totally computerized and you are on your own to figure it out. The only lab technician at this site was bossy and unfriendly, she interrupted me while I was trying to explain my wife doesn't speak English and closed the door to my face, not letting me in. Nothing else but abusive. My third cousin by marriage, Jorge Mesa, started this business in Miami about twenty years ago. Even so, I cannot recommend anybody to come here for anything. Very bad service… associates not friendly nor willing to help
The guys working 11/7 around 1:30pm; thank you. You guys are amazing and may God bless you both!! I went in very scared because getting my blood drawn is always painful and uncomfortable and has been traumatic in the past. They were calm and soooo kind while remaining professional and efficient. One of the best experiences I have had getting my labs. I did not get their names but they deserve recognition and maybe a raise.
My appointment was for bloodwork at 11:30. I decided to go at 8 a.m. just to see if I could get in. Sure enough, it wasn't an issue. They took me in as soon as I got there. Ebony was extremely sweet & professional. I didn't even feel the prick going into my vein. Now that's a great practitioner! After reading some of the reviews, I was shocked to see such a low score. I would easily highly recommend this Lab Corp location! Thank you for the easiness.
