The lady's that work there are so nice and really take care of me.
Took my 1 month old baby here for a blood draw. The phlebotomist was excellent and got the necessary tests on first try. Both staff members were professional and kind. Will definitely use this location in the future.
Very poor service. 1 Technician absent. “Wait was two to three hours for those without appointment” was announced . However when my turn came up a couple of times three other patients were called and when I complained I was told that these patients were there before me. Not true. Screen displayed names, one couple came in much later and were called in. An older lady with no appointment argued her way in. Not fair since many other elderly were fasting and waiting to be called.
