Went to LabCorp at Fern Park without an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes. Pam was the phlebotomist and she was absolutely terrific!
Very slow and poorly managed. Had an appointment today at 10:45am. Got called in at 11:30am, 45 minutes later. My appointment was confirmed, but the system marked me as a walk in. After this, my order had to be sent through email, and had to go back to the waiting room. Left this place, my time is more precious than their failure to execute. Will not go back to this location.
Kelly K was great! So friendly. Three stars because ecen if you get there before it opens the line is 10 people. Please give Kelly K some help back there to keep things moving
I went to go get my blood work done because I was sent by my doctor I have been having severe on and off stomach pain. It has been 2 weeks since the blood was drawn and it shouldve taken a week at most because of a singular test that was requested by my doctor, I have called and been instantly hanged up on 5 times and when I call the main office they send me to the department for finding results when I was sent there I asked for a translator because my mother who speaks Russian wanted a translator so she could understand, th... read more
I didn’t catch her name but the young lady working today 04/08 was extremely nice I was able to get seen before my appointment and the whole process was super quick and easy.
