I didn’t catch her name but the young lady working today 04/08 was extremely nice I was able to get seen before my appointment and the whole process was super quick and easy.

Not sure what happened to people treating each other with kindness but came across one of the most rude team members today. As someone that works in consumer experience within healthcare, the 5 second interaction had a big enough impact to make me reschedule at a completely different location. Now I see why this location had 2.8 stars, definitely makes sense.

Karla from lab corp did the fastest blood draw ever on me. I was nervous but she was so good I barely even knew she stuck me and it was over before I knew it began. Props to her!
