This location has the best staff! Everyone is so nice. This location has been quick each time I have scheduled an appointment.
I arrived at your Oregon City location 20 minutes early, 7:10 am, as I was on my way to work. I waited patiently for the minutes to pass by for the office to open, the whole time many people arriving and checking in with the automated system. I was there to drop off my wife's test kit. At 7:30 am sharp, I entered the now open office and approached the not young lady at the front desk politely stating that I only wanted to drop off my wife's test and that I was not the patient, she said NO and demanded that I go out and check... read more
Horrible experience - understaffed, overworked, phlebotomist Susan had no time for xtra conversation and barely for essential as she did not warn me of the initial needle stick nor where to drop off specimen. Staff looked haggard non professional. I blame Providence for selling their lab service for monetary gains. Wait time was terrible as they are understaffed - took 3 times before I was able to get lab drawn.
Was told by provide to walk in.. They are so overbooked and understaffed. Been waiting for two and 1/2 hours. They posted signs saying expect long waits....after sitting for an hour... Find another lab or bring lunch and dinner
The phlebotomist I saw today was great! I usually have a hard time getting blood drawn and take 3-6 pokes to get anything, but she got it on the first try for my fasting labs! If you have a hard time getting blood taken, it's definitely worth the time to get drawn up by a professional; it saves you time and pain in the long run!
