A real dump. Overcrowded with no real place for patients to wait. Dark and dismal in the basement of the building. Walk-up wait times of multiple hours. Overworked staff trying to their best to manage it all, but not enough of them. DO NOT COME HERE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
I am not one to typically leave reviews but after multiple bad experiences I feel as if I have to, to warn others. I work upstairs in a clinic IN THE LAB, so I am very aware of how things should go. I made an appointment for my break time and ended up waiting 30 mins past that. Once they called me back, 3 different women were unable to draw my blood. Poked me 6 different times. One of the times used the same needle twice, and used a straight needle on my tiny hand vein that instantly blew. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. I voiced my c... read more

The absolute very worst of the healthcare industry.
Arrived 15 mins early for a 2:15 appointment. As I type this it’s 5 mins to 3 and I still haven’t gone back. Why not hire more people!!!!
