Great experience. Front desk staff (Geo) was personable and knowledgeable. The phlebotomy technician (Chloe) was dialed in as well. My office visit took all of 1/2 hour start to finish.
Labcorp! You need to contact Google and every other place that has your location listed as the Main lobby at Providence Willamette Falls Hospital. This is incorrect. Labcorp is in the basement of Plaza 1, which is a different building next to Providence Willamette Falls Hospital. Please correct this!
It is always such a pleasant experience coming to this location. Scheduling is always a breeze, healthcare workers are lovely, and appointments are typically quick and efficient once you're in the building. If you have a negative experience, I would be curious as to how you interacted with the office... Having patience and empathy for an imperfect healthcare system goes a long way. I wish I could remember all the names of the HCWs that work there, but thank you Geo, Christina, and the rest of the staff!!!!
Was just in the office with my mom and had the best “customer service” ever!!! Quinten helped me get the info we needed from the Dr’s office and Paris performed a painless blood draw. Could not have been a better experience! Thanks Paris and Quinten!!!
