The absolute very worst of the healthcare industry.
Arrived 15 mins early for a 2:15 appointment. As I type this it’s 5 mins to 3 and I still haven’t gone back. Why not hire more people!!!!
Seriously understaffed. Be prepared to wait for at least an hour, possibly much longer, even if you have an appointment. Don’t come as a walk in at all.
They never have my orders and the line goes out the door and down the hall very bad operation. Providence should be ashamed.
Staff is terrible. Always uncooperative. Worst lab in the Portland area. I am encouraging my Dr to send me to any other lab. I would drive an extra hour to avoid them.
