Need more phlebotomist. I was there for an hour with a appointment. Busy place. Usually make sure you have orders in hand.
Understaffed ,the tech we keep getting is sadistic and it hurts more than any other blood draw I have ever done , she tried to go under 1 vien to hit another without the aid of ultrasound. Just stated what she was doing and jabbed and dug around
Dosen't mater what time your appointment is. They will tell you there running behind. This experience is only for the Oregon City office. I've had much better experience at their other offices
I'm in my sixties and have been to many labs. This one is by far the slowest. I checked in, there were 3 people ahead of me when they opened. Literally an hour later, still 3 people ahead and another 15 or so checked in behind me. Not a single lab done. At the rate they handle customers, they would need days to handle that small amount of people. I left; I will find a lab that knows how to do their job
