Horrible. I made an appointment online for the North Nevada lab in Spokane. The lab tech was very curt with everyone who came in including me. I told her I made an appointment online and she said well all these people walked-in before you got here (10 minutes before my appointment) so I am taking them first. If I am able to request a different lab in the future I will. Such BS
