Quick, efficient and painless. No complaints at all.
Had multiple blood tests ordered on different dates. I ask the phlebotomist to verify that all of these be drawn with one sitting. I specially mentioning a few tests by name. The phlebotomist reassured in a dismissive tone that all of these were going to be drawn. Next the phlebotomist went through the vein causing a deep purple bruise but was able to draw the blood with a single pass after withdrawing back into the vein. I have to get bloodwork done every 3 months and the staff is always wonderful. They are careful and considerate...always gentle and know how to stick you without a lot of pain. I have small, slippery veins and they never fail to hit a good one at first cast.
The wait to get labs drawn was ridiculous now that they moved upstairs it takes forever we have been waiting for 30 minutes and have still not been called
