Scheduled an appointment checked In with a kiosk they have and still waited over an hour No one was working the front counter one lady was calling patients back. Seems to be very understaffed and not well organized at all. I ended up leaving after waiting an hour and 10 min.

I had issues getting a lab over thru my phone. The staff was awesome, I appreciated their patience. AND I hate needles and the person taking my lab was a good coach! All these other comments are really petty. Thank you

They canceled my appointment 1 hour beforehand because my PA was “sick” and couldn’t perform my preventative physical… I had also scheduled the appointment to get blood tests done, which the PA would not be administering… Was told I needed the PA to order the tests first. I thought they had. Since I’d asked them to at my last appointment. Also, I’ve never heard of needing a doctor’s permission to have the simplest panel done, as that was never my experience while living in Florida. I went into this clinic for a drug screening for school. I provided the registration code they asked for and followed directions. They asked for very little information from me- no DOB, SSN, etc. I gave them all the information they needed to send it to my school. And they failed to do so. Somehow my drug screen is lost. And they marked me as a “no show” … they also didn’t give me a “chain of custody form” which they are supposed to give at the end of an appointment.
