Terrible experience. Went to two different locations. Apparently they can’t get fed ex to pick up. Arrogant unhelpful technicians and charging unnecessary fees for labs. What a mess! I will have lab work elsewhere.
Quick and easy blood draw. Staff went above and beyond to help when my lab orders didn't get sent into them properly
They were quick, professional, and fairly painless
The staff at Lab Corps at Providence Central Point have been professional and efficient. So far I've used them twice and only had one long wait. Sounds like there was a kiddo needing labs and they were waiting on orders.
Poor safety standards and incompetent staff Staff at Steward Meadows unable to manage computers…they were unable to help my son in law twice now due to computer illiteracy, even after he was referred and instructed to go there by the Portland office. Staff at the Central Point clinic decided that it was okay to draw blood in one vial and to then pour his blood manually over into other vials. (blood was obviously spilled in the process).
