Lab Corp refuses to help veterans in the community care program. We are provided only an authorization number which they find insufficient despite its adequacy for primary care in the same building. When asked for $20 as a show of good faith I reminded them that ten years active duty service with 3 deployments was my act of good faith.
I went to get my labs done and you sign in on a machine. I didn't do it correctly. So I waited and I wasn't getting called. The sweet lab worker was all by herself. She came out to get two people and noticed I was still sitting there waiting. I was there for about 45 minutes. She said that I had been waiting awhile and took me back instead of someone else. That was so nice . She figured out what I did wrong with the signing in. This made my day so much nicer. She was so sweet
Terrible experience. Went to two different locations. Apparently they can’t get fed ex to pick up. Arrogant unhelpful technicians and charging unnecessary fees for labs. What a mess! I will have lab work elsewhere.
Quick and easy blood draw. Staff went above and beyond to help when my lab orders didn't get sent into them properly
