Why are the elderly having to check in via computer. Why not in person? Why?!!! THEY CAN'T DO COMPUTERS. what is the point of customer service if there is none and why do you have someone sitting at a desk but won't check a patient in? Really? How in human of you. The patient is a number not a human.
I overheard the people talking poorly about me. Really disappointed in that. Just fyi the waiting room can hear everything you’re saying. Please be kind, you never know what someone is dealing with.
Love the ladies here. I get so much blood work done and they're so kind and patient and quick. Thankful for them. 1 star for hanging up on me 4x yesterday. They need a dedicated phone person for real. Lol.
Wife scheduled a week before for a glucose test that needs to be done as she is pregnant. The employees scheduled her appointment and she went in this morning to find out they don’t have the drink for her and haven’t had it for awhile .? Like are you serious? This should have been checked before any appointment was made to make sure there was supply. St Helen’s location is a joke
The new Legacy Lab was not just clean and new. It was a whole new Everything. When I got there, the check-in was by computer, which I prefer. There was only 1 person waiting. That was lucky, to be sure. They were set up to accommodate many clients comfortably... Unlike the old lab. But, they were absolute sweeties and PROS..... Just like the old lab. I highly recommend.
