Unfortunately my experience with labcorp has been poor. The older female phlebotomist who drew me was rude, disorganized, and unprofessional. In addition to this, in spite of having large easy to access veins, I have been left with a bulbous and tender hematoma. The one saving grace has been the labcorp customer service line, where I was able to have the phlebotomists mistake regarding my requisition form rectified. My son needed labs and I regret bringing him here. The lady he got was bossy, rude and had no patience or compassion. She acted like she hated her job. I would never be back.
The lab did great with my 11 year old son. Very kind and thoughtful.
Lab tech was very good. Took blood without any issues. Got in and out quickly.
Complete lack of empathy by staff who are so hardened by their jobs that they have forgotten they work in Patient Healthcare. Anyone can coldly point to a kiosk and say "Check in over there". It takes a human being to kindly assist an 84 year old woman so she doesn't have to call her daughter to drive over to the Hospital to help her Mom with the kiosk check-in.
