I went to go pick up a test to bring home but only had the option to wait over an hour or schedule an appointment to get it. I'm emailing my doctor to have it sent in to the vancouver clinic next door. I understand waiting if I needed bloodwork but its ridiculous to wait just to pick up a test.
Chaotic, Unsafe, and completely unacceptable — stay away! I brought my 19-month-old son in around 5:00pm Friday after being told this location accepts walk-ins until closing at 5:30pm. That staff is expected to see all patients who check-in by 5:30pm (when they close) and that they are schedule to stay until 6:00pm or later. First thing asked even before asking why you are here, how you are feeling, or how can they help, it's how will you pay. To be fair it's common amongst other medical places. Labcorp...I hope you are listening... patients first then the money. Remember why you're here
I felt compelled to write a review to counteract of all the negative reviews I’ve seen here. I just got back from a Labcorp appointment and I have to say it’s one of the best lab experiences I’ve ever had. Checkin was smooth and quick. Although I was way early for my appointment, I waited less than 5 minutes before I was called in. The technician was very polite and professional and blood draw was nearly painless. My mother went with my daughter who is 15 months old, to drop off a poop sample. They were extremely rude to not only my elderly mother but my daughter. My baby is a happy squealer. Robin, the woman who was "helping" my mother, kept telling my daughter to be quiet. When I was on the phone trying to get things sorted out, I heard Robin tell my daughter to keep it down and stop screaming. SHE IS A BABY SHE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND!
