Several times a year my condition requires blood draws. The staff is excellent, always friendly, efficient and competent. I have had problems with other labs, Never with Amber and her colleagues here in Newport.
I am not able to get the results of my covid antibody test and the result have not been sent to my primary MD who had to write an order! For two days I have been calling and getting a message that the the phone is working and to keep calling!!!!
