The soonest available appointment was 1 month out (scheduled in November, a December appointment). I received a text AND email confirmation the day before the appointment. I show up to the appointment, and a paper note on the door says the office is closed early. I received no notifications. Solid waste of time.
Unfortunately, all Labcorps are Labcorps. I get the same 3 labs every quarter for 2 years. They get 2 of them but never the 2rd and try to blame the MD. All 3 are submitted together so how do they only get 2? I end up waiting sometimes hours for them to get a verification and it doesn't matter which location it is. Total ineptitude.
Absolutely terrible experience here. Rude receptionist and rude phlebotomist. I sat in the lobby and experienced first hand how rude the receptionist was to people and saw people leave as they voiced their dissatisfaction. Also, if you do plan on visiting, go inside to check-in and wait because if you choose to check-in online and wait for a text when they are ready, you won’t get one. I’ll NEVER be returning to this lab for bloodwork. Let me make it even more clear… NEVER!
While the people were kind, they were over worked and understaffed. This review is for the company as a whole not the lovely people working there, which is why they got any stars at all!
My 12 year old daughter needed bloodwork, and she was reluctant to say the least. The staff made her comfortable and were very kind. If is wasn't for the two ladies helping and talking to my daughter, I don't think we would've left being successful, Thank you!
