The lapcorp at 820 John Young Pkwy is by far the WORST location I have ever been to. I literally witnessed staff being rude and loud with older patients and cater to Hispanic speakers while ignoring those who were predominantly English. I personally went to the receptionist to ask a question, and was asked to stand the side for a moment. Very understandable as she was providing updates to certain patients that could not be seen. However, 3 individuals walked straight to her, uncalled, and proceeded to communicate in Spanish.... read more
