The front desk person is tough, very rude. I think she should be working at a farm. She should be nice at patients since they are not asking anything for free. Worst experience ever. I am frustrated. No plan to go back to this location.
Drastically behind on appointments, No staff members to assist with questions, no notification of who’s next to be called.
Came in after receiving a text that the technician was ready for me. Been standing here 5 minutes and have already seen 2 employees with an attitude. I understand that it can be frustrating seeing an office full of patients but this is the job you chose so perhaps you should rethink your profession.
Absolutely terrible location! I had an appointment at 8:45 am. I received a text at 9:08 saying I would be called shortly. At 10 am, I walked out and left after still not being called. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait over an hour! Horrible service! I went to the Celebration location and I was taken within 5 minutes and they were super friendly!
