Muy mala atención de parte del personal, trabajan sin amor al paciente, viven amargadas como si odiaran su trabajo. Llevo casi 1 hr en espera y nisiquiera me atenderán hoy por que ya son las 10:30 y están ful otros pacientes quejándose por que nadie les atiende ni hay alguien en recepción siendo aún tan temprano. Hay que tener amor por su profesión.
Worst customer service ever. If you got problems maybe leave them at home or dont go to work, patients dont have to see your stupid and arrogant attitude like its their fault that you hate your job.
Worst place ever the whole staff in the front needs to be replaced. The lady is rude and they are always understaffed. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE
I have never seen customer service as bad as I saw it here. Whoever was running the computer was extremely rude. She was short and unnecessarily rude with whoever approached her; I understand that there were a lot of people and that they were backed up but we don’t have to be punished for it by being talked to without an ounce of kindness. A lot of us have conditions we are being checked for. We are anxious and ill and don’t deserve to be treated that way.
The wait with an appointment is ridiculous
