I want to give special recognition to Mary Velazquez at the LabCorp located in 820 John Young Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34741, because she truly makes the location she works at my absolute favorite. Mary is the best at drawing blood on the very first try, and I gladly drive 30 minutes just to see her even though I have a LabCorp location less than 5 minutes from my home, I still rather drive the 30 minutes to go get the work done by her. Service & staff members are excellent here I was helped by MARY and when I tell you she is the nicest and most sweetest staff there bless her heart. Normally they have to poke me a couple times, mary walked me to the lab room and only poked me one time. She made me feel safe and re-ensured me that I was going to be okay before I knew it I was walking out. Thanks again Mary your the best
not recommended - 1 not front desk staff just a computer - 2 lapcorm is on my net work and confirm by me bofore go there , and they said not , I request to call the insurance to confirm and they not want to do i , just ask me about a credit card - I give the insurance credit card , card will mot cover until they call the insurance
The phlebotomist was nasty and mocked me after I answer her question about my height. Maliciously and on purpose she wrote down the wrong information on my employer's biometrics report. Disrespectful. Violated HIPPAA law. Disgusting experience.
