This place tries to get you to pay for everything up front. I asked for them to talk to my insurance company to figure out what is covered and they got very rude. I am going to find a different lab that has time to answer questions about what is covered by insurance or not.
I went to take the lab order at this location. Person at the counter asked for last name of the patient, they looked at the file and said they didn’t receive fax or electronic order from Doctor office. I have to rush back to check with the Doctor office if the order has been sent. They only realized later that the labcorp representative didn’t looked at the file from my first name.
