The lady who drew my blood had an attitude from the beginning and made me feel very uncomfortable during the appointment. I actually experienced pain during the blood draw, which has never happened to me before, and my arm continued hurting afterward. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional.
Left a quarter sized black bruise after lecturing me about how well trained she is as a phlebotomist. She ignored my suggestion as to where she should draw my blood. She also only requested one of the two tests ordered. Her attitude is horrible. She is impatient, condescending, and incompetent.
The phlebotomist used an 18gauge needle for my lab work for absolutely no reason. I have good veins, I’m an easy stick and my blood flows quickly. I was also getting one test done… she only needed to fill one tube. So the 18gauge was completely unnecessary. It left a red mark on my arm and it’s very sore. I’m sure I’ll have a bruise by tomorrow.
Shar-Ron was so pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me. I really appreciate it and would visit labcorp/ this location again because of her.
Phlebotomy ShaRon is a SUPERSTAR!! She single-handedly runs this location soo professionally and efficiently. I refuse to go anywhere else for my lab draws. Thanks, ShaRon!
