I can't actually speak to the quality of their work because I didn't have blood drawn, but I can comment on the lack of basic respect I experienced in my interaction with staff. I came in to ask a question about the status of my drug test. The woman behind the desk answered my question rudely and condescendingly, as though trying hard to make me see what and idiot I was. Who needs this kind of hostility? I will make every effort to avoid this location next time.

I like Sharon! She’s really good. My first time there, I did think she had an attitude, but once you start talking to her she’s a very nice person. You just have to know how to talk to her. Talk with respect, that’s all. I hate getting bloodwork, but she did a great job and made me feel comfortable. She was gentle and fast too! I actually only go here to get my blood drawn. Phlebotomist was grumpy and brusque, used a GIANT needle for a single vial of blood (and I've had plenty of blood drawn without using the horse needle) and did it roughly, jerking my arm about in the process. She also soaked my arm in alcohol and didn't wait for it to dry before inserting the needle, which is not good practice. It was excruciating. My arm hurt to move for the rest of the day, is bruised and painful the next day. I know people have bad days, but don't take it out on patients.

Lapcorp of choice. I drive the extra 20 minutes to come here for lab work.
