GREAT LOCATION AND OPERTOR
Phlebotomist was grumpy and brusque, used a GIANT needle for a single vial of blood (and I've had plenty of blood drawn without using the horse needle) and did it roughly, jerking my arm about in the process. She also soaked my arm in alcohol and didn't wait for it to dry before inserting the needle, which is not good practice. It was excruciating. My arm hurt to move for the rest of the day, is bruised and painful the next day. I know people have bad days, but don't take it out on patients.
Lapcorp of choice. I drive the extra 20 minutes to come here for lab work.

The lady who drew my blood had an attitude from the beginning and made me feel very uncomfortable during the appointment. I actually experienced pain during the blood draw, which has never happened to me before, and my arm continued hurting afterward. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional.
