Omg, this is what happens when you have crappy insurance and still pay $400 monthly with $8000 deductible, no choice but to use this lab since crappy insurance is in-network with this place. I think only 1 lab technician works there. Always full. Even with appointment, it will take 1hr to be seen. America is such the best country. #1. I can only imagine what #2 looks like. Lmao 🤣🤣🤡🤡💩💩💩💩

You should post that you stop taken patient at 4:30. I drove over here. Got to your office at 4:45 thinking I can get my blood work done. What a waste of time.

Last Thursday, I had the worst blood draw and painful that I ever had it. The phlebotomist didn't care see me suffering from the blood draw, extremely painful as never before. Over the weekend I had a thrill sensation on my left arm that makes me wonder if this phlebotomist had princk a nerve, makes my arm shaken uncomfortable. I remember that he was about to choose my right arm, and I asked to be drawn on the left, probably was not his best side for accomodations, no excuses.

It was amazingly bad. If you want to get harassed by these front desk ppl then this is the right place to come. While I was there for an hour they told at least 3 patients that they have to fast while everyone explained they’ve instructed by the doctor that fasting’s not needed. They threatened everyone the test result won’t be accurate or the test can’t be taken. I was doing the glucose test which requested me to drink a bottle of sugar water. I gave my husband the last drop after I was done bc he was curious about the tast... read more

Wow! I had the absolute worst experience here. The front desk is rude, incompetent, and vindictive. Do not come here, you will regret it!
