Easy to book appointments, fast and professional service. Staff is helpful and friendly
Handed my lab request to them. They handed me the form below. I asked them why they simply couldn't call my doctor to correct any errors on the request form. They told me that was my job. Well, not knowing what was wrong or why they didn't accept the form or what coding was required or what other things were required by the two professionals I was stuck between, I was kind of surprised that they dumped the whole responsibility back on me. Mary was amazing! She’s so friendly and from walking in the door to walking out took 10 minutes - such an easy process.
Super efficient place with very friendly staff who are welcoming, warm and fast. Their check in system is quick, I’ve never waited in line. In and out. Best part, I’m really afraid of needles and so far two of their technicians handled my anxiety with ease and performed excellent blood draws. Highly recommend going here if you have a choice
