First, the lady at the check in was RUDE! She refused to test because she couldn’t find the code in the system. And reluctantly looked at my doctors message on the phone. Her tone was dismissive and rude. She said to email her and when I asked her which email, she said “it’s right there” it was on a wall in small print and she said as if I should already know this information! The staff was very rude and had a terrible attitude. She was impatient and inflexible, and I felt like I had no choice but to follow her every command. The overall environment also appeared unclean. This was truly the worst blood draw experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this place.

Booking here is incredibly simple for a same or next day appointment! On top of it, when I was running late for an end of day appointment, Diana was absolutely incredible by accommodating me when she didn't need to, being incredibly patient while confirming with my provider the lab orders, and working with my typically tough to draw veins. She went above and beyond and stayed 15 minutes past closing to make sure everything was taken care of.
