After receiving unexplained bills for a routine lab test that was covered by insurance, I attempted to call. And attempted several times. No humans out there. I wrote my questions about the bill and mailed it. No response, just more bills, threatening. Contacted BBB and filed a complaint. Discovered that this shyster outfit has had 378 recorded BBB complaints, 316 concerning billing. Still no response from them regarding the complaint. Take your lab business elsewhere.
