I echo the other 1 star reviews and have made a formal service complaint regarding my service at a 9:30 AM appointment this morning. Several employees need to be terminated at this location ASAP! I was treated rudely when I didn't provide paper copies of my order requiring the tech to look it up in the system. Patients ARE NOT required to bring paperwork with them as practices routinely submit electronic orders to facilitate the process for patient and provider. I had a very disappointing experience at this Labcorp location with my 12-year-old son! When we arrived, we signed in and there were only two people waiting. A staff member called someone else’s name, and shortly afterward I noticed that my son’s name had been removed from the waiting list. I asked why, and she told me she had called his name. Scheduled my mother's appointment after getting lab work sent from provider to labcorp. Even asked them to email me a copy of the order incase there was an issue. My mother gets there, and gets turned away they refuse to look at the copy of the order in her phone saying they have to have an order from doctor. Doctor confirms they sent it sends us a copy to show them they refuse to look at it so my mother gets sent away just for the doctor to re issue the order a third time. Horrible customer service

Very disappointing experience. I came in with a doctor’s order for a Measles IgG antibody blood test, but the technician refused to perform it, insisting it was a “spinal test.” I tried to explain that it was a blood test, but she would not listen. I spent about an hour there and left without completing the test my doctor ordered. Very frustrating and a complete waste of time.
