I’m giving four stars because I had a lab order here and had a lot of blood drawn, but either someone from the office or from the company made a mistake and I had to go back to get my blood drawn because the company didn’t have my order.. I was positive they had the lab order as I made sure it was on the lab order my doctor gave me. Ivanna the phlebotomist was amazing; she was patient, kind, caring, and competent. What a lovely group. I walked in right before they closed and I felt pressure to rush because I understand how it feels to have a client walk in right before closing. However everyone was so patient and taking their time and made sure all my accommodations were met. Ahmad was very kind and gentle with me as he drew my blood. I explained I usually sit after a blood draw and he made sure to walk me through all the options I had to be comfortable after and during my draw. I had a very disappointing experience. The first time we went for a blood test, we were charged and asked to wait for a month, but later they told us to do the test again because they couldn’t find the report. We went a second time, and the same thing happened — no results were provided, and we were asked to come again on another day. This caused a lot of inconvenience, wasted our time, and even required giving blood multiple times unnecessarily. The service is very unprofessional and poorly managed.
