Trapped by my health plan into using this service. Unbelievable bad! Overworked and understaffed. Waiting room needs to be 4 times the size that it is so people do not have to wait outdoors. A few of the bloodwork assays came in with questionable results and will have to be repeated. UGH!
This may not be the place for this but only way I can say. Hopefully someone is monitoring and can pass word to right people. I cannot get on LabCorp's website to make an appointment for a blood draw. All of your pages but this one are not accessible. Are you aware of this? Please fix.-
Rude and condescending front desk staff. Goodness. Asked something kindly, got a lousy NO and a head shaking. As though I'm a stupid Pomeranian that just urinated on the Persian rug. Thanks. Cherry on top, look at each other and laugh at the whole procession.
