Used LabCorp instead of Boston Heart for the first time and was extremely disappointed. The Bill ended up being $250 more then our previous Boston Heart experience. Was lead to believe the pricing would be less in the office. Do not recommend

I was hesitant to go back. Last time I used this location the phlebotomist was terrible. Rude, no bedside manner and wouldn’t listen when I told her I’m a hard draw. Tried three times and made me go to another location to wait over a hour tog et drawn. This time was the opposite experience! Stefanie was friendly, kind and listened when I told her it might take a few tries and my hand might be best.she even explained using different techniques, which was comforting. Great experience with the girls at Labcorp! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional and kind. The phlebotomists who drew my blood were amazing, gentle and very personable. You can tell the whole team genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in their work. It’s so nice to be greeted with smiles and kindness in a healthcare setting.
