Went in to get blood work done and told nurse I was here to get my blood work done for my blood type and for another reason I won’t discuss. I specifically said I’m here for the 2 reasons and nurse yes me saying they have a script for both.. completely lied and tested me for the other reason I was in for which I needed done but not the blood type! First time going here it took 20 minutes for the girl to check me in. Her nails were so long it inhibited what little typing skills she had. I returned today to drop off a specimen and had to wait 40 minutes just to drop off. The girl that waited on me was extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never use this lab again. Unskilled and unprofessional.
Absolutely terrible. My son’s suffering with stomach issues which required bloodwork and stool samples. They are open til 5p according to staff, online and via their phone (that only has a robot to talk to). I get to the facility at 4:53p to find zero staff and it closed. Absolutely disgusting to have a medical facility not stay open until a posted time, especially when they take “drop offs”. Worst medical related place on earth.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Made a 7:15am appt for my fasted glucose test and didn’t get called back for over an hour. Husband makes an appt 3 weeks later for 7:15am and didn’t get seen until 8:45. What’s the point of making an appt at all? You’re better off going to the one on Kings Highway just a few minutes down the road. Never again.
