Someone please explain the point of making an appointment with LabCorp!! Waited 1.5 hours and HAD an appointment!! I can’t go anywhere else with my insurance, but if you can go to Quest do that instead- I never wanted this long there, ever.
This place deserves to be shut down. They opened 30 mins late because no one was there to work on time. There was a huge line of people waiting. 1 person finally showed up to work and she was clueless. She marked the date of my labs incorrect and they discarded my samples for being too old because she dated them wrong. The computer system was down for an hour and half and she couldn’t retrieve my scripts. This is the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had for some bloodwork. I was there three times today. They opened late so there was a long line the first time I went. I stopped back again around 10:15 and the place was a mobbed. So I decided to try again later figuring maybe the third time was the charm. On my third trip back I was waiting in line at 10:55 AM when they close at noon and the kiosk just shut down. There was no one to ask about this. Someone working off to the side said that they usually shut it down if there are too many people. Totally ridiculous that it should shut down an hour... read more
One kiosk for is not sufficient for 15 people in line on a Saturday morning.
