Cindy Williams was so sweet ! Customer care was 10/10
I really want to shout out Ms.Cindy Williams. (I may be mispelling it) at the PSC labcorp!! Her customer service was extraordinary and I felt at home. She went the extra mile to handle me with care and accuracy. I will always brag on her and her professionalism. Not only I have the same review of her but 3 of my colleagues as well was serviced with A1 hospitality. Please acknowledgment and honor her for the lives she's impacting just by being her and doing her job!
1. This office will not answer their phone...ever 2. I showed up as they opened since my Dr. said she had sent orders for bloodwork. They claimed they didn't have the orders, so I drove home. 3. The Dr's nurse said that she sent them the day before. She walked into their office and MAGICALLY they found the orders. I wasted an hour driving there and back this morning. There are no open appointments for a week. The nurse said that they are incredibly busy now (there were 2-3 people when I was there). I've covered my deductible... read more
Phlebotomy is great BUT staffing levels are so low most mornings count on at least 45 minute wait if you don't have appointment. Appointments book out over 2 weeks ahead for all am slots.
