Horrible. I had an appointment waited for an hour before they finally called my name to look at my paperwork. Was then told that they are all out of the tubes needed for my job required test and that the lady bringing them is coming from Kirkland and only bringing three. Would give them zero stars if I could.
We arrived at 1:30 pm for preappointment lab work. 2 hours later we are still sitting in the waiting room waiting to be called. One and a half hours ago they stopped taking walkins. One hour ago we were told there were 4 people ahead of us. An hour later we are told there are still two people ahead of us. There is something terribly wrong with the customer service at this lab.
After a bad experience at Bonney Lake I've been coming here for two years. Excellent service! Well worth the extra drive.
