Terrible service they don't help. And they don't follow the schedule process and people don't pay attention to patients They ignore you.
Took my 1 year old here to get blood and they were just moving the needle in her arm and couldn’t get her blood. Went to Newtown and they did it in 1 minute.
Just came today at 1/12/26 11:30 am (with an appintment.) I was talked down to, demeaned, and humiliated. The one phlobatomist claimed I walked out on them before with a co-pay, she was heavy set with short dyed blue hair. I do not remember her and I stated that I havent been to this location in a very long time and that she was mistaken me with someone else. Though she still was being very rude and unkind.
