Just came today at 1/12/26 11:30 am (with an appintment.) I was talked down to, demeaned, and humiliated. The one phlobatomist claimed I walked out on them before with a co-pay, she was heavy set with short dyed blue hair. I do not remember her and I stated that I havent been to this location in a very long time and that she was mistaken me with someone else. Though she still was being very rude and unkind. Staff locked the front door over 30 minutes before closing.. no sign on door and no answer when myself and another patient waited in the hallway.. finally 20min later a rude young woman says they are short staffed so they closed early.. no one was inside labcorp.. and both of us heard the girls working laughing and screwing around for almost 20min and it was only 3:45 at this point and they were suppose to close at 4pm. no one EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE.. Two out of three times they were good. The last time I was there they told me I didn't have to check in at the kiosk and then proceeded to enter my date of birth incorrectly, resulting in a week and a half of phone calls for them to even find the record of my visit.
