3/9/26 I only gave this lab one star due to the fact you have to in order to give a review, but I don’t Credit them even one star ! We walked into a lab where the window was closed and their most important thought of the day is to make sure they don’t have to miss their lunch hour. There was an extremely rude woman in there, whose only concern was to tell people to go sit down as if we didn’t know that? We proceeded to check in on the kiosk. Worst place to go not even a appointment will help you its horrible always have new people working and the wait is forever you need your breakfast lunch and dinner for the wait
Perhaps the poor reviews are dated at this point as we had a wonderful experience this morning at Labcorp. I’ve had miserable outcomes at Quest locations in the past so I had trepidation coming here however we had zero issues. We checked in on our phone 15 min before our appointment, we were brought in together and done with our appointment 15 minutes before the second one was even due to start. Omg this place is not professional at all they’re lucky they got one star we went in around 10 in the morning. Yes we were aware.they closed at 12 but there is people going in without appointments that came in after us and one person was saying that they might be able to help us and the other was saying no that he says we have openings for two more people and then turns around and says oh I’m sorry I didn’t realize the time after I just drove 30 minutes from my wife to get seen don’t recommend this place at all if it’s only ... read more
Valarie was amazing!! 15-20 people in the waiting room and it was just her. She was very nice and quick to get everything done. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Thank you Valarie!!
