Hard to believe this is a healthcare provider. No communication, no help at check-in, just an iPad and a room full of frustrated people, especially older customers who were completely lost. Do better.
3/9/26 I only gave this lab one star due to the fact you have to in order to give a review, but I don’t Credit them even one star ! We walked into a lab where the window was closed and their most important thought of the day is to make sure they don’t have to miss their lunch hour. There was an extremely rude woman in there, whose only concern was to tell people to go sit down as if we didn’t know that? We proceeded to check in on the kiosk. Worst place to go not even a appointment will help you its horrible always have new people working and the wait is forever you need your breakfast lunch and dinner for the wait
