They need to staff their locations. Labcorps staffing ratios are razor thin to the point they routinely turn customers in need of healthcare service away. In my last visit they had two people manning the whole clinic, doing blood tests, labeling, prep, and running the front desk. Shareholders demands for infinite profit growth continue to destroy our countries foundations and nothing is being done.
Been going here for years. Staff has always been great, however the new appointment only is a bloody joke. It’s Monday and the best I can get in is Friday. They need to find a replacement for labcorp that meets the needs of their customers. If anyone can suggest another company I would switch in a minute.
I am not sure what has changed but it seems almost impossible to get an appointment anytime soon and walk ins don't seem to be a thing anymore.
Waiting 2 hrs is BS Y'all Do Better!!!
This appointment system is completely a waste of time. No line in office and no walking available next appointment tomorrow at 3:45pm. If you know a lab in the area go there not here. They are not about their customers just bottom line
