Horrible wait times, even WITH appointment.
This place is so unorganized and unprofessional. How is it that a person can have an appointment for 9:45 am for a fasting blood test get there early and they won't even give you an ETA of when you'll be seen . Taking walk-ins over appointments No consideration for peoples time. I wish Providence was still using Quest Diagnostics I'm serious thinking about changing medical group/providers over this. I couldn't wait any longer so I had to leave
My appointment was at 10:45, and it took them an hour to draw my blood. This wait is unbelievable! And if you request an appointment time and they don't honor it, what an unpleasant wait! After an hour of waiting, it was incredible!
ALWAYS an endless wait, even if you have an appointment (and they often "lose" those). Having to pay for parking is an additional insult. Plus, all the bathrooms outside the office throughout the building were locked. Just a horrible experience.
Long long waits - even if you have an appointment. Staff seems to stand around , very few techs. Techs who are visible don’t call people in for lab work. Short stafff?? Inefficient? Horrible experience. I prefer Quest - but Dr said I Must use this lab to get lab work done quickly.
