I have no problems coming here. I always make an appointment and usually do not have to wait long. One time because lady fainted in the lobby and had to call 911. Another time short staffed because 3 of them called in sick. Phlebotomist Luis is great doing my draws.
This is THE WORST lab. 40min wait even with the 1st appointment of the morning and arrived early. Front desk staff so blah. Just no personality. Seems like they hate their job. Phlebotomist seem out of practice. They know we have to come here with our insurance and they dont care! Its so obvious. Providence made a big mistake for patient care with this change. Unless you have no choice like me avoid this lab and the one on Sunnycrest at all cost
