I'm not sure why this place is rated so low because my experience today was a good one. I made an appointment and got seen in a very reasonable time. Not to mention a friendly, competent staff. Sometimes I wonder about the people that give these low ratings. Certain people you can never please and just like to complain.
Great experience at Labcorp. I was able to make an appointment for my wife quickly. Although the waiting room was very crowded when we arrived, the process was surprisingly efficient. After checking in at the kiosk and confirming her doctor’s order and insurance, she was called in shortly after. The phlebotomist was professional, skilled, and quick. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. Very efficient service!
Very professional, polite, courteous service by all staff. Lab areas and restrooms are clean. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, they are very busy!
I have no problems coming here. I always make an appointment and usually do not have to wait long. One time because lady fainted in the lobby and had to call 911. Another time short staffed because 3 of them called in sick. Phlebotomist Luis is great doing my draws.
