Labcorp ABUSES ANIMALS, multiple videos of them doing so, ANIMALS TESTING on beagles and treating them very poorly , DO NOT SUPPORT this CRUELTY by going there!
I’m not sure what the point is of going to the trouble of scheduling an appointment. Today was the 3rd time I have had to wait 20+ minutes anyway. This time it was 31 minutes. I used the online check-in service and per the directions on the check-in, I was waiting for a text which never arrived. I had stepped outside as the waiting room is very small and it was very full. Two weeks ago I made an appt. for this morning. When I woke up I received a message they are closed today. When I go to the web, it says they are 'temporarily closed' along with the one in Prescott. Let's see if my appointment in PV happens on the 18th (1st online appointment available when I made it on 8/19!!)
Used to love this facility but have had two cancelations with only a days notice. No big deal normally, but it said in the text they planned to be closed the whole week. Why did it allow me to schedule an appointment earlier in the week when it was closed and they knew about it. Inconsiderate to patients and they time they take to attend their lab appointment. If you are closed and you know it, shut down online scheduling.
